Indiana Farmers Mutual Support app for iPhone and iPad

Designed for Policyholders who have established an on-line account with Indiana Farmers Mutual.

Log-in and:
• View your policies (those that have been added to your on-line account).
• View your Auto ID Cards.
• Submit a claim.
• Locate an approved Auto Repair facility (near your location or by Zip Code) and dial with one touch.
• Locate an Emergency Repair contractor (near your location or by Zip Code) and dial with one touch).
• One touch dialing to your agent or to the Home Office.
• View the entire Web site.

To establish an account:
1) Download app
2) Visit www.indianafarmers.com (the bottom button on the front page of the app)
3) Once you have reached our Web site, click on ‘Register’
4) Select a User Name
5) Choose a Password, (8 to 12 characters long, a combination of both numbers and letters, you must use both upper and lower case.)
6) Verify the Password by entering it again
7) Provide an email address
8) Click ‘Next.’

To add policies to your account, you will need the Policy Number and the On-line Payment Number. Both numbers can be located on your invoice, or on your policy’s Declaration Page.
